Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport

Good food choices, easy to navigate, and plenty of seating. I may have just been there at a good time. 🤣 The layover was OK and was just enough time to eat and take a bio break. The concourse had lots of foot traffic but didn't feel crowded.

It’s an airport that’s easily navigable. Only been here for connections and so far it’s been pretty great as long as you don’t pick connections less than two hours. Reason is because it’s a fairly big airport so a slight delay would result in you scrambling to get to your gate, especially if you end up at the end of Concourse B/C and your connection is at the end of Concourse A. The upside to that is there are moving walkways in the tunnel that connects Concourse B/C to A and a tram that goes from end to end of Concourse A. Concourse A is bigger than B/C and has a lot more shops and restaurants to choose from. There are a lot of seating options and it is very airy and bright.

Delta terminal is modern, convenient and clean. Had good food choices. The in terminal tram is unique and looks cool, but saw just a few people on each run using it...so may not be viable....

The airport is very clean, and terminals are easily accessible. It has well organized Gates access ( A,B,C). My flight got delayed by 2 hours, but it was not boring as I had a couple of things to do such as eating, roaming around, and capturing the flying machines moving into the camera reel.
