(July 18, 2019, 4:08 pm)I bought a Dodge Caravan with a lift from Cummings Mobility and have had it serviced through them for years. I have always been very satisfied with the service. One time, the ramp was lowered onto a curb causing an issue with the lift. Cummings was able to see the van on the same day, with my son stuck inside! I had forgotten that I can pull the ramp down manually. The repair guys were very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend Cumming Mobility. And they also have very nice conversion vans for sale.
(June 19, 2019, 7:20 pm)This is my first time using Cummings Mobility in Little Canada and I am very pleased. I just had my van updated with a wheelchair docking station and electronic hand controls. I found Joe C. very knowledgeable about the new equipment that I was interested in and ultimately purchased and had them installed.
As a spinal cord injured person of 50 years, I have had many experiences having my specific needs both met and misunderstood then ultimately not met. The customer service and experience Joe and the other staff demonstrated was professional and up to date.
I recommend doing business with the Cummings Mobility in Little Canada, the staff is very professional and friendly.
