(July 21, 2019, 11:03 am)I've been working with Jay for 10+ years and he is the best at what he does. He has work with me on everyday fitness, bodybuilding, nutrition and through multiple injuries. He does not tell you what you want to hear to get your money. He tells you what you need to hear to get results.

(July 21, 2019, 9:50 am)I have been working with Jay for a little over a year and have never been more impressed with the changes I have seen in my physique!! I wish I could add photos bec words can’t really describe! Jay is extremely passionate about what he does and is very professional! Workouts and diets can all be added in the app (depending if you do online or in person PT) that is very user friendly so there’s no confusion, and if there is he is quick to clear it up! 10 stars outta 5 if I could!!
