“An okay place to go to sometimes. It can be a bit chaotic at times...I go to it sparingly. There are a few in my area and if I had my choice this would be 3red on my list. Very small space when you enter, maybe 2 or 3 can fit at a time if you're wanting to be Covid responsible. It's also one of those places people pick to just sit in for whatever reason. You may know the type...pumps full, no one inside or pumping gas. I would say gauge it for the number of people you see there at the time you pass. Again, a few in the area”

“I was passing through Detroit and stopped for gas. My car wouldn't start when I was done filling up. I didn't know it but someone was inside robbing the gas station while I was outside. I had to run on foot and ended up at The Battery Doctor. They let me hide inside for a bit until the heat died down. Once we had the "all clear", Boss Man carried a battery to my car and got me on my way. This battery still sparks up my car every day after 6 years now. As a Canadian that knows two seasons, fall and winter, the discount on that battery was more than worth it. Thank you Boss Man. For the very reliable battery and a place to hide.”

My oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off all done quickly & professionally. They give you a complimentary bottled water (cold or room temperature) and a coupon to go right next door to Leo’s for a free coney. And I can’t forget the pleasant conversation I had with the owner. “On 0ctober 5, I phoned the shop and explained the problem with my car: Cracked pipe between the resonator and the catalytic converter. The clerk stated that if I got my car in at opening of business on 0ctober 6 (9:30 am) they could complete repairs in over an hour. I got the car in at 9:30 6 0ctober, and a little over an hour later the repairs were completed. I found the staff competent, experienced, patient, and professional. CAUTION: Quality Muffler accepts CASH ONLY for payment. No checques, no credit cards (in spite of the signage-they really should remove it), no returnable bottles, no strawberries, and no offers to tidy the place up!.”

“My usual oil change place was closed a couple of weekends ago, so I decided to go here. I got my oil and air filter changed, and I got my tire plugged. I was very pleased with their services, so I decided to return again today to get my brake pads changed. I'm not a easy person to deal with because I ask a lot of questions, and sometimes the questions don't make sense. However, they handled me in a professional manner. They even took my back tire off to make me feel that ease about the drums. My car stops good. I am pleased. My husband and I even got some free barbecue on pita bread. We talked about how good it was for a while. The guy said I had to warm it up. Warm it up my ***. It was delicious cold. 10 out of 10.”
