“On 0ctober 5, I phoned the shop and explained the problem with my car: Cracked pipe between the resonator and the catalytic converter. The clerk stated that if I got my car in at opening of business on 0ctober 6 (9:30 am) they could complete repairs in over an hour. I got the car in at 9:30 6 0ctober, and a little over an hour later the repairs were completed. I found the staff competent, experienced, patient, and professional. CAUTION: Quality Muffler accepts CASH ONLY for payment. No checques, no credit cards (in spite of the signage-they really should remove it), no returnable bottles, no strawberries, and no offers to tidy the place up!.”
