Recently my Ford Explorer developed a mechanical issue while I was driving North from Ohio. The problem stated and I got off the interstate at the first exit. It was my good fortune that Crest Ford was only a few hundred yards from the ramp. Despite the service department being very busy, the staff took a quick look at my issue and agreed to help me right away. I was on my way to a conference, and the service reps helped me to find transportation even though the normal rental car agencies had no cars. I made my conference, I returned in just 2 days to find my vehicle in perfect working order.

The 2020 Ford Escape is stylish comfortable and versatile. It is fun and easy to drive. The 2.0 turbocharged motor is highly underrated and gives the vehicle plenty of speed and power yet easy on gas. My only criticism of the vehicle is the sound system. I would have liked better speakers. Still a wonderful vehicle!

Dan Pesavento Is hands down the best overall person I’ve worked with, he made the process easy he’s not your pushy salesman. He took the time to listen, understand what we wanted and made it happen. Once I picked up my new car he even sat in the car with me and went over features and the equipment with me. If you need a car please don’t waste your time anywhere else just go see him, it will save you the headache trust me.

Evan is also amazing, he got us approved with a great interest rate cut my current rate in half. He was understanding and very attentive. He understand that I had a new baby and needed a safer larger vehicle and he went to work finding the best rate and payment. He’s a really good guy it felt like I was talking to a friend not a salesman. 10/10
