I've never had any problems always friendly and, it is convenient since I shop at Meijer anyway.
I worked with AJ to address pain in my lat muscle which was preventing me from rock climbing at a higher level. AJ’s approach is much different than a traditional PT. He focused on teaching along the way so I understood why we were doing certain techniques or exercises. He also empowered me to be in charge of my own rehab exercises, stressing the importance of getting my exercises done and progressing them along the way according to what he taught me. He is a wealth of information and a great resource for me moving forward as I progress my climbing and running.
I attended AJ’s Strength Trainer for Runners series, and I am so glad I did. As an avid mediocre runner, I now feel confident in my ability to become a stronger runner in the gym. Not only do I feel more knowledgeable about using weight equipment in the gym, but I now know how to properly supplement strength training into my race training. AJ is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return to him for any PT inquiries.
I have attended both strength training and physical therapy with AJ. He is thoughtful and professional, always looking for the best way to help me achieve my goals. He is very knowledgeable and bases his recommendations and exercises on the latest research, not outdated methodology. Great value for the price and good flexibility with different payment packages and plans.
Working with AJ was a great PT experience. I went to him with a sudden onset of knee pain after my first marathon and I had another half marathon to get through with a friend just a few weeks after. I never would have made it to the finish line of the half without his help.
He did a thorough evaluation to diagnose the problem and explained everything to me clearly. He showed me exercises to do on my own and we worked on increasing cadence to improve form which also helped. It was easy to get convenient appointment times and my knee pain improved within a few sessions. Definitely recommend!
AJ was great to work with. I started seeing him 5 weeks out from my first marathon with hip and IT band issues. Just completed the marathon this past weekend without pain and I attribute the majority of that to AJ's work and prescribed exercises. I personally got a lot out of his dry needling service as well. He knows runners and what their bodies go through. He also is invested in his clients. He followed up with me post race to see how everything went. Would highly recommend to all runners!
We love the hours! We love the any dollar amount ATM! And the employees are very nice as well 👍
