Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service is phenomenal at the Garden City location. From the young man who picked me up, the young man in the office and the manager or assistant manager Michelle who got me set up and on my way. They were busy but took the time to fit me in today to pick up a car while mine is being repaired.

All the employees there were helpful and cooper helped us get into our rental easily. We will be using enterprise again for future rentals, the car itself was what we hoped for and gave us no issues at all.

Great service, very transparent, only takes around 30 minutes to get everything said and done, even when there's other customers. I've never been charged for anything I didn't ask for and they're very reasonable in their policies. Great staff is a definite plus.
