They take their time with you, they are sympathetic to your situation, they work you hard, but good so that you can reach your full potential with whatever injury you are dealing with. I have been a client at Back To You and have been in occupational therapy with Laurie and Christine at Back To You for my broken wrist that I had surgery on, on April 1, 2021. My therapy started on April 27, 2021 and have therapy three times a week. Without their expertise, my wrist would not be where it is today. “Brenda has been my barber for 34 years and I am a lifelong client, despite having not lived in the area since 2003. I've lived in Lansing, Bowling Green (OH), and now in Ann Arbor. There isn't a distance too great for an appointment with Brenda. She remembers details about her clients and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Pre-pandemic, the barbershop was a comfortable, jovial, environment suitable for adults and children. During the pandemic, Brenda has followed the COVID-19 guidelines of appointment only services, maintaining more than 6 feet between active chairs, limiting capacity, providing face masks and hand sanitizer, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Even before the pandemic, Brenda maintained a very clean barbershop. Additionally, Brenda provides money for the parking meters, which is an added benefit for a Mack Avenue business.
