I relocated to Elizabethtown Ky a few years ago however, I continue making my way to the Cincinnati Sam Ash Store for all my musical supplies specifically due to the Guitar Department Manager - Christopher Hardin. He is one of the most knowledgeable representatives I’ve ever known and I especially appreciate his honesty and customer focus! My husband and I look to Christopher for guidance on high quality and best prices…. He’s been faithful to always help us accomplish both! He’s a great asset and wonderful reflection of “top notch salesmanship” for Sam Ash!!!

This store is AMAZING!!! The moment you walk in, everyone speaks, they’re very knowledgeable about their products and seem eager to help you no matter how big or small the purchase. Definitely will go here for my music needs. And the guy that works in the keyboard’s department was beyond helpful. He had just clocked in and was still setting up his register, but he still spoke and helped me with everything I needed with no hesitation. Amazing customer service!!!

Sam Ash's staff were amazing to work with. They were thorough and fair. We sold them 7 dulcimers from our aunt's estate and they made the process painless and profitable. They researched fair prices and told us exactly what they would pay and what they would try to sell them for. It was a great experience and worth my drive!

Been going to Sam Ash stores for many years, from Manny's in NYC, others throughout NY & NJ, Ohio, Florida. Have used this store in Cincinnati since it opened. They are friendly and helpful and usually have what I need. If they don't have it, they'll get it. I've purchased guitars, amps, related equipment over the years. Always a pleasant experience going there, even if just good conversation.

So my son decided he wants to try out electric guitar. We planned to check out the selection at Sam Ash & Guitar Center. Our first stop was SA. My son saw a guitar that he really liked but we decided to also see what Guitar Center had to offer. We ultimately decided to buy from SA & immediately returned to make our purchase. Leaf, our salesman was flipping awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He really should be promoted & move up as far in the company as possible. I’m not a musician but he was able to answer every question I had. SA has a great selection of guitars for all levels of musicians. We will absolutely be back! PS - pricing was very fair.

I went here to get my driver's seat modified in order to be more comfortable for me during long commutes, and they did an amazing job! My lower back would hurt after 5-10 minutes in the car and now I have no problem driving 55+ minutes. Pricing was very fair as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Top Notch, and I also told my chiropractor as well, in case anyone else's car seats cause them back problems.
