Excellent service! The associates were very polite. I was in and out in 15 minutes

I was able to set up an appointment for the next day online through the Secretary of State website which was nice! I had to get a new plate and register a vehicle it was by far the quickest in and out time for me at the Secretary of State offices in years! I had a 5:40pm appointment I arrived about 20 minutes early and was able to get in line right away. I was out of the secretary of states branch office and in my car by 5:40pm pretty much 20 minutes in and out! In the 1980s/1990s I could go to the Secretary of States office and get this done on my lunch hour!
It is nice not to have to wait for 2 to 3 hours in line at the Secretary of state's office I hope this continues for everyone's time and consideration!

Well Organized but could pay attention to detail!
Applied for a new state licence with my spouse and the appointment part helped. However, mid stream there was a change of officer handling my application and another officer picked up my paper work. After the Driver’s licence arrived I see mine is missing the Real ID and my spouse has it. This is poor reflection on attention to detail as I now have to apply for Real ID one more time and wait for another licence.

I went today for my drivers license permit. My experience was really good. The staff is really nice with all the people and helpfully. In my 3 year staying in USA experience first time I saw really good and helpful government office. Even they are wasting people's time. I love Michigan now after visiting there.

I went to this SOS with a family member. It was very busy but we were able to take care of all our transactions with ease. Very friendly atmosphere and professional. Thumbs up!
