Not hyperbolically speaking;
after my visit on 29 Sep, Bob Klein and Heather's display of pride and professionalism profoundly and unexpectedly impacted my positive experience immediately when I entered their warm, welcoming office. My appointment continued when Bob took the time to inform me about the background of the doctor who was going to assess me before commencing the Tele-Health evaluation - very well executed. My pleasant experience continued with Dr. Jacqueline H.; she was in the moment with me without distraction and actively communicated her intention through listening. In my opinion, HANDS DOWN; that was THE BEST consultative visit ever, and I can't wait to go back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Thank you, Dr "Jacque," Heather, and Bob, for letting me share.

Tony is amazing!!!...My aunt referred me to Sandy at LA Insurance in Detroit on Grand River after several attempts of trying to contact her I gave up and just called LA Insurance in Livonia and I got Tony, thank you Sandy for not answering your phone! Dr. Bob and his assistant Robin were very personable and nice to work with. Dr. Bob explained each hearing test as he performed them and went over the results with me at the end of the visit. I will be returning annually for my hearing test or if I have any issues with my hearing in the future. Thank you SoundPoint Hearing Center so much for all of your help.

Jose, Robin and all the staff go the extra mile for their customers. I have been to other hearing centers and this is by far the best. I had issues getting approval for a new set of hearing aids and they dug in and kept pushing on my behalf until we were successful. They are also easy to contact and they always call you back if you leave a message. Thanks all. You are the best.
