Working with Steve Velte and the crew of Quintin and Drew was an excellent experience overall. The quality of the craftsmanship was superb in every step. I found the crew highly professional but also very customer friendly, offering suggestions, answering questions, and giving options for possible improvements on the job. We elected the flush-mount maple heat/AC floor vents and they look great. I was going to reuse the original pine shoe moldings, but Quentin offered maple as an option, so we went with that and it makes the whole floor look better. Every step including sanding, 3 coats of Invisible Matte high-traffic varnish, and dealing with scheduling and payment was easy. I really enjoyed working with Velte Hardwood Floors and would do so again.

Excellent work. A++++ My floors were in bad shape. They did a awesome job. I'm extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and the professional service. I wish these were done years ago.
