Outstanding and welcoming environment. Chris Holmes is a caring, compassionate, skilled instructor. I am training in the area for a couple of weeks and he made me feel at home on the first night I attended class. I plan to train here whenever I am in the area.

I've been training here since late 2020, and I wouldn't trade this gym for anything. High-quality instruction, good people, great facility.

Great school! The instructor makes men, women, and children all feel equally welcome. If you are nervous Chris will immediately make you feel comfortable. He is very personable. I always thought Jiujitsu was something only men do but it's not the case at all. It is fun and highly effective for all. I would highly recommend it.

Elite Jiu-Jitsu has such a positive atmosphere that pushes you to become a better version of yourself every day. Ive never seen another school like it. My 13 year old has been going for 3 years and myself for almost a year.
