Adam (the front desk representative) was kind, knowledgeable, and made the check-in process seamless. Tiffany my massage therapist is amazing. You can tell that she is seasoned and knew exactly what to do as I explained my sore areas to her. I felt comfortable going into the service and felt like I was walking on clouds when I left. In the many times I have visited their office, they have been friendly and pleasant to meet with. The waiting area is well kept and the treatment rooms are always clean. They always have fresh coffee & offer free Wifi while we wait. Dr Halboth is an excellent Dentist who cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to ensure his patients are taken off, every step the way. I highly recommend this dentist office for all your dental needs.”

“Relaxed and Reassured and just a few words to describe my feelings after leaving the dealership. My car would NOT start. I was able to get a jump and drop off to dealership to get diagnostic test. The service department (Laura and awesome team) were kind and welcoming as well as explained step by step the process it will take to fix my car. Although this isn't my regular dealership they made me feel like family! Customer service is difficult to find however they are five star at Livonia Chrysler Jeep!”

“I’m sad I don’t live in the area anymore, I haven’t found an ophthalmologist I like as much as I liked Dr Lupovitch! I respected and appreciated his critical thinking and listening skills and he doesn’t mind patient questions (and I always have a lot). I never leave provider reviews but that one star review below was the exact opposite of my experience so I wanted to say something. Now the billing department here…..it’s been a few years but they consistently billed me incorrectly and caused a lot of grief - it’s not just be me, my family comes here too and all of us joke about how much we must love Dr Lupovitch as we keep coming back despite having to put up with that billing staff!”
