I ended up using the service to travel from my hotel in Vienna to my hotel in Salzburg. As suggested in the title, I used the transfer as an opportunity to do a day trip on the way. I was able to spend the morning at Melk Abbey and still get to my hotel in Salzburg by check in. It was a great experience, and one that I would not have tried without a professional's help.
