I have lived in many of apartments but Promenade at Grand is truly the best! Office staff is respectful and willing to answer all concerns/questions I had withought getting annoyed or having an attitude. Melissa in the front office has wonder customer service. Maintenance is respectful when entering your home and respond to service requests the same day!

Lived here for almost 5 years. I really like the atmosphere, I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team and how good of a job they do. The office staff is really nice and helpful. The two things I would complain about is the parking . There are a lot of spots that guest takeover and the people that live there don't have anywhere to park. The second thing is the rent. It has gone up considerably since we moved in. But I love it here and plan on staying..
