I t started of rocky but the sales man John Kruttlin went looking for a car that I wanted that day. He found it and I was able to pick it up 2days later. I was really Happy with that.

I like the change to having an appointment for an oil change. I called about a week ago and was able to secure an appointment for yesterday. I waited and the whole service process took less than an hour. Thanks for the good job.

I live an hour and a half or so away and dealt with Matt. He was awesome! He did everything he could to get me the lowest price possible as well as being considerate of my time. He had everything ready to go for me so I could take the car home with me same day so I did not have to take an additional day off to come back down to pick up my new car. He answered all of my questions and made the buying process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Matt and Dealership to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

A service appointment could be made in a timely manner. I received daily updates on the status of the service from the customer service that have been professional and precise. That is very much appreciated.
Due to the "remote" location of the dealership a shuttle service to close rental car locations should be offered to customers that leave the car for a longer repair.
