He’s going to push you and get you exactly where you want to be!! Gym is very welcoming, clean, and professional. They also offer group classes on Sunday’s perfect for those who want to test the waters

I’ve never been to a gym where I’m having a personal session and if you’re struggling every trainer in the building will look at you and start motivating you from across the room! I absolutely love the Goat Locker and their entire team!
(January 17, 2022, 11:06 am)Absolutely love it here!!! The trainers are friendly, helpful and motivating… if you’re not ready for personal training, they also have bootcamps that are geared towards all levels of fitness… you won’t be disappointed
