“We had a recent basement flood due to a clogged basement drain due to several days of heavy rains. We had tried calling some other plumbing services recommended on a Facebook community page, but none got back to us very quickly (one called me back today- 9 days later!). Don was quick to respond and came out within an hour of speaking with him. He quickly assessed the situation and got right to work. He was very personable throughout. It was slightly pricey, but for same-day and after-hours service he came out, and we realize this will cost a little more. My boyfriend and I were very happy with the service received, and so relieved to have the issue taken care of same-day (we had tried to fix it ourselves for several hours to no avail). The only reason we didn't call Don earlier was because he wasn't reviewed here, so we definitely wanted to recommended him.”
