This is a great 24 hour gym to get in shape/ work out. With your membership you get a fob to enter the gym 24/7. I enjoy going there after I get off work late at night. Usually there is only a couple people there and you have the place to yourself. During the day and afternoon the personal trainers are teaching classes and training clients. You can get monthly, yearly, and speciality classes. The staff is very kind and helpful too. So far after being a member for about a month I've made some friends and don't feel judged when working out. I'm glad I got a membership.

Great place if you are like me and need a lot of guidance during your workout! This place rocks!
