The maintenance here is so prompt and so fast. We had them here twice since lived here. They were very nice they did good work did fast job.very pleased. Thank u job well done.

Been living at Gateway since 2015, great place for a family. Many different school districts,bus routes .. Close to freeways and shopping. The office employees are friendly and professional and takes care of your issues as soon as they can. Maintenance is always a call away for me..pet friendly is great thing for those 4 legged family members.. Management is understanding and sympathetic to the needs of residents. Love this place!

Gateway Townhomes has been a nice place to live!! GiGi is always so sweet and friendly and accommodating! I feel safe here and everyone is so friendly! The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. They are so quick to fix things and go above and beyond!

I have been living at Gateway with my 2 boys for a year now and we love it here!!! Everyone in the office is amazing from the time we moved in they have exceeded expectations. Maintenance as well. Gateway takes care of their residents and makes us feel like a family.

Honestly love it here, my first place renting. I’m 21 years old and I’m living the good life. The goal is to move out the hood not stay in it. Big ups to the fantastic management company, maintenance, and lawn care workers. I would stay here for another 4 years, if applicable.
