“Excellent Customer Service. Our goal in life is to exceed our customers expectations with the way we handle our business. Some days it is simple and other days it is a little more challenging. When we decided to get into the seamless gutter business about a year and a half ago we spent a good amount of time researching machines on our own. When talking directly to the manufactures they all say the same thing, "Our machines are the best, blah blah blah..." We were looking to grow a business and wanted a machine that could grow with us but didn't have any idea which to get. This is when we were grateful that we found Sean Green at Magnum Tools. Sean educated us from the very beginning, not selling us on one specific machine but listened to what we needed, he also gave suggestions that we never thought of. We purchased a machine and because of the education we felt like we were ready to go from the day it arrived. This was a year and a half ago. 1 week ago we needed more equipment to expand our business and Sean was the first person we called, he educated us again on Metal Breaks and I have purchased another piece of equipment that will further expand our business. We are already talking about more equipment in the near future and we will be working with Sean Green and Magnum tools for our needs in the future. Thank you Magnum Tools you guys know how to treat a customer. Do not hesitate to give these folks a call they will take great care of you. BTW I am not sure how someone could give this company a 1 star review based on something that is out of the control of their company. Keep in mind Magnum Tools is not the manufacturer so they don't control everything. If there was a delay on shipment it was not because of anything Magnum Tools can control.”

“I have a F250 and I needed some work done replacing my u-joint for my front. I called them ahead and was well advise. I went there in person and the staff was nice and professional. I am looking to balance my driveshaft due to some vibration, and without hesitation, I am returning to them. Regarding the price I can't tell if they are competitive or not because I only worked with them since I have my truck.”
