“Christmas Eve and I broke valve stem off in sub zero temperatures. Called in and ask if they could work me in. Guy on phone was so polite and courteous. Offered me a ride back and pick up because they knew I was working. They completed me an hour early and went over what to do to prevent it. I had aluminum caps and they froze to valve stem. “Around noon today 9/24/22 At first I was ready to give a low review due to treatment, lids, napkins, ketchup not stocked and almost every empty table was dirty. They turned out to be very under staffed and it was right after the 2nd or 3rd football game of the day was over and were getting slammed since at least 10 am. Our food was fresh and good and the manager actually came over and apologized for all the inconveniences, more than once. Very professional and polite of him to do so and it really made out meal enjoyable!!”

“The Super 8 in Antioch... So we checked in to a very sketchy motel...not from the Nashville area, saw some definite questionable situations. However, as we were staying there, the motel changed into New Ownership. I cannot stress this enough, first day, after our 'check out and check right back in', the new Manager *IMMEDIATELY* began squashing the shady stuff. Literally, we watched this Super 8 come to life. The rooms were clean (we rented 2). We were on the second floor and I trusted the walkway, room floors, and the shower. I know this place probably has some previously rough reviews...but. We saw the changes for the positive, right before our eyes. One of the Staff, Kural, provided us absolutely above and beyond exceptional service. I cannot possibly say enough excellent things about him! He truly treated us like his own family, and it meant the world. I would not hesitate to book another room at this motel. Even stating that it wasn't so great in the beginning...these folks are dedicated and eager to provide safe, clean lodging!”

“Robert was amazing. We had a unique door that we had custom build and needed a carpenter to cut in the hardware and hang. He spent all day working hard and man did it pay off! The door is perfect and the workmanship is impeccable. He was polite, thorough and the best part - clean! He took the time to clean as he went and by the time he left, couldn’t even tell he was there. We appreciate someone that appreciates our home like that! Highly recommend and if I ever need a carpenter again, we will be calling Robert.”
