Based upon the response I received from the company and the resulting communications from the support staff, I have changed my mind and decided to change my negative review into a more positive one. Update on Feb 3, 2021. The company contacted me concerning my review. They offered to return over half of the fees I paid which would put the percentage I was charged at 9%, a more reasonable rate. The machine was very easy to use and quick. But like I said before, they don't let you know beforehand how much the fees will be. So if you have a transaction where you need a specific amount sent to someone, it would involve some calculations to achieve that. But if you are just buying bitcoin for some other reason, it is fast and easy to use and in that case I would recommend using it. In addition the support staff were very kind and understanding when I communicated with them.”

“New to the neighborhood, live on McCann stopped in this Marathon for the first time (about a week ago) All I can say is wow! The night’s guy (totally forgot to grab his name ☹️) is the most friendly, personable person I’ve ever dealt with in retail! Give this man a raise! Will not go to any other gas station from now on you have a lifer! Also cheap gas prices!!! And great snack selection to get my munchies late at night!”

“I'm giving 5 stars only for one Employee named Scott who was extremely helpful when I called and told me if I call on the way he'd do curbside for me so I did not have to get my disabled mom out if the car. When I called on the way another employee said they do not do that, put me on hold and when I walked into the store with my mother, showed another employee my phone still on hold for 13 min she just said sorry we're busy. Well Scott took charge and took care of me. Thanks Scott - you should get a promotion ! The others need to learn customer service.”
