“5 stars absolutely! I’ve had to come to this location two times, and I received stellar service both times. Both were for rentals after an accident: First time was with my Mom, and Janeá was the lady that helped us, and she was nice, professional and understanding about our situation. Second time was with Joe, and that was by myself. Joe helped me find the rental that fit my needs, but also was able to adjust the payment, because it was my first time, and I had not picked the correct budget. I recommend this location for sure!”

“After having difficulties with a body shop and still working out the issues with insurance, I found myself needing to turn in my rental at last minute till another rental could be arranged. I was very distraught when turning in vehicle and forgot to take care of something on my end for the rental. The employee was very kind and understanding and saved my day and my sanity! She said don’t worry about it, we’ve got you covered. Thank you Sarah Mumoz who was working at the airport that night!! My second rental was through Enterprise as well and the experience was great and even remembered my part this time before turning in. 👍🏻”
