“The Super 8 in Antioch... So we checked in to a very sketchy motel...not from the Nashville area, saw some definite questionable situations. However, as we were staying there, the motel changed into New Ownership. I cannot stress this enough, first day, after our 'check out and check right back in', the new Manager *IMMEDIATELY* began squashing the shady stuff. Literally, we watched this Super 8 come to life. The rooms were clean (we rented 2). We were on the second floor and I trusted the walkway, room floors, and the shower. I know this place probably has some previously rough reviews...but. We saw the changes for the positive, right before our eyes. One of the Staff, Kural, provided us absolutely above and beyond exceptional service. I cannot possibly say enough excellent things about him! He truly treated us like his own family, and it meant the world. I would not hesitate to book another room at this motel. Even stating that it wasn't so great in the beginning...these folks are dedicated and eager to provide safe, clean lodging!”

“We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”
