Any time you call, someone answers, they allow you to take samples home to check if it works for your space, and they have so many options! If there are any issues, concerns, or questions, they don't hesitate to answer or fix them. The install time was quick, and from ordering to placement it was much faster than I anticipated. “Ordered a party platter just last night for a small gathering I was having at my house, and it was fantastic! The beef burritos, chicken enchiladas and beef tacos were wonderful, and it came with a ton of rice and beans! The homemade tortilla chips and salsa were tasty too! Frank the Manager was very helpful and friendly and called me the day before my scheduled pickup time to confirm everything! Great food and customer service. Highly recommend!”

“I walked into the store in a panic! We had just bought a new house an hour away & needed the hardwood floors stripped/stained & new wood added to a 9x11 space in the middle of the existing room. Oh yah...carpet too! We had a local contractor up there give us a quote & never heard from him again. I met Dennis, aka..(Santa) he asked me what I needed & I said a miracle in 1-1 1/2 weeks so we could move in on time before the new owners moved into our old home. He reassured me they could & would do it in time. I picked out carpet & met with Matt (hardwood guru) at our new home to discuss details. Everything was coordinated perfectly. Dennis checked in with me on a regular basis throughout the hardwood flooring part then coordinated the carpet install. It turned out awesome. Workers were friendly, and did an amazing job. “Robert was amazing. We had a unique door that we had custom build and needed a carpenter to cut in the hardware and hang. He spent all day working hard and man did it pay off! The door is perfect and the workmanship is impeccable. He was polite, thorough and the best part - clean! He took the time to clean as he went and by the time he left, couldn’t even tell he was there. We appreciate someone that appreciates our home like that! Highly recommend and if I ever need a carpenter again, we will be calling Robert.”

“We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”
