Nice guys in office and they allow you to park overnight please don’t start throwing trash in the lot because they won’t allow us to park here anymore. Plenty of room to maneuver around

Did a drop and hook here. Nice guys in the office. Plenty of room to maneuver and over night parking is allowed. No public restroom and I did not see a port a pot. Also not open 24 hours at least not Saturday nights. Lot was clean, let’s keep it that way since they allow overnight parking.

Arrived one day early for live unload; They got me worked in and unloaded within 2 Hours.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. It was easy to get to. They took me over 24 hours early (no promise they'll always be able too I might have just gotten lucky). Plenty of room to back and maneuver in. Perhaps best of all for this area is that they allowed overnight parking even after being unloaded. The two employees I talked to were both polite and friendly.

i really liked how the branch manager, who could not help me with a home loan, took my "vital" information and passed it on. So when the correct person at Flagstar did contact me, he knew why i was calling, what information he needed to start helping and everything!! it was great that i did not have to repeat myself several times, she briefed him for me! loved how Prepared He was for our call. I really appreciate customer service.

I’m very happy with Flagstar Bank and the people that work there or so friendly and knowledge of all I know I will enjoy doing business through Flagstar Bank. There’s service his top notch and it’s a very personalized experience when dealing with them. Oh they greet you they’re friendly and they know you by name. That’s some thing that is just unheard of in this day and age.

Great service, knowing I did it over the phone then I had to make a deposit through the drive-thru. Wanted to just open a checking account buy they offered a savings account and there are no fees.
