The best experience I have had with purchasing a car, EVER. I was very leery after my last experience, But Mark Jr. made it a great one. Not only was i extremely satisfied with my vehicle but he threw it a few extras that left me and my wife speechless. I will recommend people there and return for my next vehicle.
Brian conover is very respectful. He had went above and beyond to find a vehicle that fit my budget monthly. I got a 2023 Chevy Equinox RS. He went step by step and did all breakdowns of pricing. There is a reason why he has been doing this for 20yrs that is because he is great at what he does. If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle I highly recommend Brian Conover at Taylor Chevrolet you will not be disappointed at all. I will for-sure be a returning customer.
I have nothing negative to say about this place. From the sweet receptionist at the front door, sales team, and certified service department, everyone is very kind and seem to truly care.
However, I didn’t want to deal with a used car and bit the bullet to lease a brand new Chevy Blazer to avoid having to repair any issues with my vehicle and to have a generally more reliable form of transportation. Unfortunately I’ve had issues since week one of ownership but mainly just with the infotainment system and the audio just going out on me for no reason or the back up camera being stuck while driving forward normally until I would reset the car once or twice. This wasn’t ideal but it doesn’t happen often enough for me to get it fixed.
Recently my Blazer which has 5k miles on it, began to stutter really bad on traffic lights when taking off. This of course came with a check engine light.
I left work early to bring in to get checked and I was told the following :
1. “You must leave the vehicle here for 7-10 days to be checked. You cannot make an appointment and come back”
2. “We don’t have any loaners and won’t have any for the 7-10 days while it waits to be checked and won’t have anything for you for the duration if something does need to be fixed”
I explained that this is my only form of transportation, asked if I could make an appointment and just come back in 7-10 days so that I can still get to work in the mean time.
They said “no, this a GM policy and you can call in but they will tell you the same thing”
Am I supposed to just use the vehicle and hope it doesn’t get worse, break down or leave me stranded?
Update: I got called back the same day, everyone was kind and helpful, car was diagnosed quickly and plan was set to come back when I had time to have the problem solved. Cheers to those people in charge over at Taylor Chevy.
Jennifer was amazing! From the beginning of the maintenance to the end she kept us informed, took care of the car, checked everything and finished the maintenance in a timely manner. She is the best service manager that I have ever dealt with.
The car is now perfect for our trips.
