“I let someone that was not a licensed mechanic work on my car. They did not know what they where doing and left my car in a non drivable condition. I called GNR AUTOMAX and explained my situation, they told me to have my suv towed to them and they would check it out. They called me and let me know what needed to be fixed and even quoted me a price. I got the call to come pick my suv up, the price I was quoted was the price I paid. The guys made sure I was satisfied before leaving the shop, we even test drove the car and made a minor adjustment. I never thought I could trust a mechanic like I can with these guys. It’s hard for women to not get taken advantage of for lack of knowledge in this line of business, but these guys aren’t like that. The quality of work speaks for itself. The time and effort. The fact that they don’t sell you things that you don’t need, or make you waste your money. You can tell they enjoy the work they do and it’s not just for a paycheck. If I had extra money I swear I would have tipped them. I am a new customer but now I will always be a returning customer. Thank you guys. My car drives better than it ever did before.
