I was waiting for a part for a while and Chris always kept me up to date on the progress. When I dropped my car, they fixed the problem super fast and also lent me a loaner car for free. I also had the pleasure to meet an Andrew V. He was also a service advisor. Helped me get into a rental car fast and made sure I had an ice scraper just in case. What great guys. “Well let me say that one day into my Drive Time experience I personally could not be much happier . I had for the most part a simply great experience with Drive Time in Taylor , Mi. They seemed rather busy at the time yet when my time came my salesman Daniel worked strictly with me and was most helpful with the process . Overall it took a couple hours all in all but in the end I drove away in a very nice looking very well equipped Nissan Rogue . So sure , its early but the 60 mile drive home was great . Everything works fine . I am happy .”
