Secretary of State office

I had a 2:00pm appt I was out and done by 2:06!! Ronda and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The office was decorated for Easter which made the waiting more enjoyable.

First off I m so thankful to this kind girl Selina who works in Trenton office who dealt with my out of state registration problem and still was in a great mood the whole time and didn’t show me any frustration, while I was contacting my out of state insurance as well as the dumb dealership I bought the car from. it is unusual for any state institution to be calm and collective with anyone . I personally feel Trenton branch is under a great supervision and everyone who lives in the nearby cities to go there

It is so nice being able to schedule appointments online and have dedicated time slots for your personal matters. It is really a huge time saver and I really appreciate this! This location is fast, professional, and extremely efficient at processing requests. I am thankful that I live so close.

With a scheduled appointment, I was in and out within 10 minutes. The person helping me was friendly and helpful. I'm hoping all future visits go as smoothly.

I went at the right time! I didn't have an appointment and had questions I couldn't get online. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice lady working the entrance. She was able to get me an appointment within 15 minutes. The window service was also friendly and handled my transaction promptly.
