Keith called back on the day of the appointment to tell me that the technician would be there in 15 minutes, which was the time I scheduled. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. The techs wear protective shoe coverings every time they enter your home, which I appreciated. The cost was told to me up front, and the work was quality! I highly recommend Rork!”

“We have had 2 very high water bills. Our water showed no leaks. Burton Plumbing was recommended.The office staff was friendly and helpful. They emailed a picture of Jesse , the assigned plumber...and info on his plumbing expertise. He arrived early and that was great! He assessed quickly that it was our sump pump...he replaced it....neatly and quickly. No messy clean up left for us! Burton's will be our future go to for plumbing needs. Hopefully, we will get Jesse assigned to us...lol!”
