Would be an amazing idea if you made this gym 24/7 for a slight small upcharge all you would have to do is make our cards read RFID and put an rfid reader on the outside doors and only unlock when each membership card has been entered. If a person brings someone at night without the permission than the camera would catch them and an employee would give them a warning that only paid members can use the 24/7 service also, i wouldnt mind working for you guys to make this happen!
This doesnt bother me but I was also upset when it was closed on easter. when hours showed open and no signs showed to be closed on easter on the building.
I just got my gym 🏋️♀️ 💪 rembership and so far I love it and it's a decent place
Forum Fitness Center and it’s great staff/trainers have been and still is my health and well being way of a new perspective on how to keep myself motivated to get and stay healthy. By participating in the aqua classes, body sculpting, hip hop, and ActiveTrax, I am more aware of how much work and dedication it takes to go from 212 lbs to my current weight of 166. Although mindset and healthy eating are also are key factors in my weight loss it always helps to go to a fitness center to keep me motivated. The other fitness center members are so encouraging and friendly as well as being supportive. Stop by Forum Fitness Center and try it out, you will be glad you did.
Ok, so the two main reasons I stopped coming here were due to my own personal issues, just keep that in mind for this review.
I went here for the summer pre-covid. For the most part, I really enjoyed it. I didn't mind that it was an older place, and mostly went for the pool and to walk the track. Even though there was a sign posted, no one under a certain age allowed (I think it was 16) there were almost always minors in the pool. Which would be fine if they were swimming, but most times they were playing and splashing. I am here to swim laps, not have to deal with kids playing. And it's not that they were unattended, their parents were always in the hot tub chatting.
The second was that after a time, the personal trainer found me and talked me into taking a training session with him, which was fine, but he failed to tell me it was a group activity, which left me uncomfortable. Then I find out that after the short session all I got was a piece of paper telling me what to do... which wouldn't be terrible but the activities on the paper were always different than the machines he taught us to use during g his session. So I felt kind of..of... idk, dropped.
But like I said, those were my issues. Things might have changed it's been 2 years. For what it was, a slightly older gym with a decent sized pool, it wasn't a bad place.
This is the only gym I've ever really felt comfortable using. The staff is always very friendly and obviously enjoy what they do. The facility is usually pretty clean and never too busy. I can always use whatever facilities I came for without wait times. There's also several classes during the day and evening that are great for all levels. I love the stretching and yoga classes, the instructors make it really easy and comfortable to work at your own level without making you feel less-than the other participants.
