  I can't say enough nice things about Parkside Credit Union, Westland Branch. From the time I walked into the door, I was greeted and asked if I needed anything (water or coffee), and the CFO came down to thank me for being a long-time member (40+ years). But, my BEST experience was with Theresa Tafoya. I went into this branch wanting to do a lease buyout on my vehicle. Theresa was professional, polite, and so personable. After having a not so pleasant experience at their Livonia branch, I have to say Theresa made up for it 100 x over. What should have taken maybe a couple or few days to complete, she was able to have everything completed today (the same day)! I really like being treated the way I treat people, and that was Theresa! I give her and this branch 5 stars...you're the best!!!

  Kelly was my csr and she was very happy nice helpful and supportive about my situation with my checking account and more than than anyone I knew at a bank
