“Last Sunday, the animal emergency location in Plymouth had a 5 hour wait time (WTH!). I luckily found this vet from a Google search. He was not only open on Sunday (which is rare for a vet), but was able to see my cat right away. The location in Plymouth charges $80 for a subcutaneous IV for dehydrated cats ((plus a $100 office visit fee), this location only charged me $55. I couldn't be happier and luckily, thanks to this vet, my dehydrated sick cat is now all better! The vet gave her the subcutaneous iv, and then I went home and gave the cat plain boiled chicken with rice which settled her tummy and resolved the diarrhea which was dehydrating her quickly. Thank God for this place!”

“I volunteered here for a while and then adopted my dog from here. The volunteers were always really nice (especially Gary!) the actual staff didn’t really care about interacting with us. “We are very pleased with the care our 10 year old golden retriever received during his recent surgery. Since he's older, we were nervous about putting him through anesthesia but he is recovering beautifully! Dr. Lucas and Griffith's staff took wonderful care of him. We were sent a detailed invoice ahead of time and a staff member asked if we had any questions about it before consenting to surgery. It was really nice to know what to expect ahead of time and I feel that the charges were very reasonable.”

“It's Never a long line or a long wait for a teller when I go inside. There are usually 2to3 tellers inside waiting to help you and they are always polite,friendly and helpful. It's always clean inside and outside. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. They also have a pull up ATM and a Drive Up. Hours are very convenient and they are even open on Saturday's til 2:00p.m.”
