We worked with Lilly and she brought all of our flower dreams and ideas into reality. It is hard to communicate a concept with pinterest pictures and ideas, and Lilly was able to envision exactly what we wanted. The planning process was very thorough with a few meetings via zoom before the wedding, frequently updated proposals to watch the budget, and the ability to add last minute requests. She worked with my venue to see the space ahead of time and everything was set up perfectly, including hanging ceiling installations. Even helped the groom with his boutonniere! “I manage a banquet hall and my bride (who is also my friend) this past weekend had an emergency when her bouquet didn’t arrive and I needed one beyond last minute and as soon as possible. I randomly called this shop, and a woman named Dina helped me- even gave me her personal cell phone number so I could text her a photograph of what the bride needed. They prepared one for us in TWENTY MINUTES. By the time the groom arrived to scoop it up, it was ready. I was just beyond floored by their level of professionalism and skill on such short notice. The bouquet was identical if not nicer than what we had sent as a reference- which was a classic all white bouquet. (I included a picture!) “My wife and I are professional wedding photographers, Russell Photography. We've photographed around 600 or so weddings in the past 20 years. Tonight we witnessed professionalism displayed by Design by Trish, beyond which we have never seen before. Trish was working individually and had finished the backdrop and lighting behind the bridal party table as well as the bridal party table itself. Plus she was making sure her flowers on the outdoor arbor were not going to die in the 90 degree heat. Then the riser and table were expanded by eight feet. Without complaint, Trish proceeded to expand her backdrop and lighting, and redo her table decorations. She made sure to go back to the arbor and water her flowers, In the middle of it all. When I was talking with her, not a word of complaint from her at all. I found this to be very professional. Oh, did I mention her flowers were fantastic, too!
