“Wonderful Doctor!!! I've had 2 babies through her now and she's done a wonderful job for both my c section surgeries!!! She even fixed up the mess inside that my last obgyn did with my very first c section. She takes good care to make sure she makes no mistakes during delivery. C section surgery is no joke and if done incorrectly can leave bad side effects afterwards. I would know I experienced it with my first child. My first c section through a different doctor was done haphazardly and they put staples in me. Dr Azam uses the best equipment available and I have dissolvable stitches which is also way better for recovery. I was so scared of going into surgery but I was so well taken care of all my fears left me and now I have a healthy baby boy.”

“Pilates saved me from my depression. Trigger warning for eating disorders and medication just in case: I have a complicated history with my body and exercise. I've been in recovery for an eating disorder for over 5 years but I never found an exercise that didn't feel like punishment. I randomly went to a free class after my sister recommended it and I was hooked! I've been going to Club Pilates since September and I feel AMAZING. Typically Jan-March is the hardest time of the year for my depression but this year my it's almost non existent. I even opted to completely come off my anti depressants! (this is NOT a good option for everyone but I was fortunate that it worked out). Something that I really value about Club Pilates specifically is their amazing staff. The way they teach is incredibly inclusive and they make you feel like you can handle any work out. I never hear any language involving weight loss or bodily appearance (something that can be really triggering for people like myself). I 100% recommend Club Pilates!”
