The thing I like about this place is how welcoming it is, also the practice was all about getting into a great rhythm and flow by practicing and re-practicing the fundamentals (when I last went in 2013 anyway). Overall I love this place, it was life changing for me and an authentic yoga experience. I am planning to go back soon for a drop-in class or two because of how unique and awesome this place is!”
