“My husband and I came to Puro when he was at his lowest. His A1C was 16%. He had dropped down to 115 pounds. He was in constant pain and hopeless. His medical providers told him that the only thing that would help was insulin. That wasn’t an option for him because of the derivative of insulin. My husband was on disability for 7 months and unable to work. Watching such a strong man wither away was a terrible feeling. Puro gave us the answers and a program that we needed. We commuted from Grosse pointe to Ann Arbor twice a week for a year. We committed to the program and I am thankful to report that his diabetes has resolved and he hasn’t been in pain since. That was in 2017, 4 years later and still going strong. Thank God! The money we spent was an investment in his health that will last for generations. We haven’t had to pay for medications, hospitalizations or doctors visits I’m the past 4 years. Now his blood pressure is high and we plan to return to the naturopath route in order to get that under control.”
