“My mom has been there for 2 months now and the staff has gone out of their way to make her comfortable and happy. They are all polite, kind and have genuine care...even coming in afterhours to help my mom with her transition into nursing home life. The facility is always clean when I am there - and I got at least 2x a week every week. There is never any odors. That said, it is an old facility, but I'd rather have a caring staff that offers a lot of personal attention, activities, animal visits et cetera than a fancy big fireplace and marble floors. I feel good that my mom is safe and getting the care she needs and the staff has always been responsive to any of my concerns.”
