“Before the move, I spoke with Zac and he walked me through just how much everything would likely cost. He requested pics of items I wanted moved and advised me of the costs ahead of time so that there would be few surprises. My movers, Jim and Paul, were amazing! They worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly but not overly so. They got the job done in the exact amount of time as the estimate made weeks in advance. I had over 40 boxes, some 15 HUGE garment bags, two tables, two office chairs, two TVs, and moved to another city 45 mins away in 2 hours and 15 mins. We didn’t go one minute over the estimate! I never thought two people could move me - I’d accumulated almost 20 yrs of stuff and they carried them all with care and swiftly. We communicated quite well before and during the move and I was moved so well that it surprised me. I love Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage - they made a believer out of me.
