I have never had any issues with access to the storage facility and the employee (KRIS) that works there has helped me several times. Whether I needed assistance with unlocking / opening the other side of the storage roll up door or answering questions about payments when I first started renting the unit. KRIS helped me out on my last day at the storage unit in a big way. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Still, you'll be scrambling for something to drive a lot of mornings. Overall, CMAC Transportation is a well managed company with a family like atmosphere due to its size and the friendliness of the people that work there. Walk your documents over to guard shack to left of docks or if you are here for freezer services go to that white bldg in the middle and check in by calling the number on the door at 0730 or after. Got a door and unloaded in approximately 1.5 hours. Safe travels!”
