“I spoke with Eric to schedule a time and he dispatched Brandon out to my home. I had a leak in my water tank. I called multiple other plumbers, some didn't accept credit cards, some couldn't see me until next week, and some were way over priced. Brandon called me and gave me a heads up on his estimated time of arrival. Then he called me again to explain the delays due to the flash flooding in the area. Then he gave me another call just to make sure I knew he was on his way. He showed up, was professional, cool guy. And even better he was quick! Cleaned up afterwards, and during the install communicated with me on what he was doing and what happened. He also provided me quotes for other things I may need in the future. He I stalled a Bradford tank. These are known as top of the like in terms of quality. I originally had a Ruud it was 25 years old. I was lucky it lasted this long. Bonus info... They support our public safety brothers and sisters. Police and fire fighters discount. I believe they give military also. It was sweet to receive that as a thanks for my service. I highly recommend Fortified Plumbing. Not only did they provide quality service and pricing they were the quickest to get my situation resolved compared to half a dozen other plumbers in the area.
