We had another company before them, the caregivers never called to tell us they would be late, and some just didn't show up. If the caregivers are even 10 minutes late the Visiting Angels team calls us to notify us. We only had that happen two times in the last year and both times caregivers arrived in less than 15 minutes. I know there isn't a perfect system, but this has worked out really well for our family. Gran really enjoys Alexis she is wonderful! She is a nursing student and is so excited to make the one on one connection with her, she will make an exceptional nurse one day!!! The teller did recognize it. I could tell by the look on her face. The customer was older, but I'm positive she saw me standing there waiting to be called and walked up anyways. I let it go. I used by debit card playing a game and went over my normal useage, they shut my card down. I was so upset, I didn't know what was going on. That Monday I went to the bank and told them what happened. Well, they weren't sure what was going on and suspended my service. I was thankful, it could of been some body else.
