“I called Bruce about my blown transmission in my 04 Dodge Ram Cummins and he came out that night to do a free diagnostic test with his scanner. He then worked quickly to fit my needs and gave 100% transparency as to the work he was doing. He sent me step by step pictures of the work he was doing, which I didn't fully understand but he encouraged questions the entire way through the process so he could educate me about the work he was doing. 2 days after he was finished, I made a 1700 mile trip to Wyoming without any issues. Blown away to say the least. Plus all his work comes with a 1 year, unlimited mile warranty. Bruce is incredibly experienced, reasonable and hard working. I was truly lucky to find his number amongst a bunch of chain shops and highly recommend to anyone that they get their transmission repair done by him. Great guy who does great work. “I was passing through Detroit and stopped for gas. My car wouldn't start when I was done filling up. I didn't know it but someone was inside robbing the gas station while I was outside. I had to run on foot and ended up at The Battery Doctor. They let me hide inside for a bit until the heat died down. Once we had the "all clear", Boss Man carried a battery to my car and got me on my way. This battery still sparks up my car every day after 6 years now.
