“I brought over more than 5 of my cars to be repaired at this shop and they always blow me away with their quality of work. Wither its engine work or a new paint job it always comes out perfect. Im not sure why some of the previous people gave the location a bad review they were happy to help me and seem very knowledgeable on all my car issues and completed all the repairs I needed, I never had issues since on any of my cars since. They always work with my budget. I had a Ford edge 2014 that needed a complete paint job and it was an expensive pearl color and they worked a great price for me and it turned out great. “Are you kidding? This place is fantastic! What great prices and knowledge of cars. I was ready to junk my car until a friend told me to see Rod. I’ve a 2004 Buick Rainier that I just love, and was so upset I may have to get rid of it. Rod opened the hood, started it and knew EXACTLY what the problems were. Next day it was ready and his prices! As an example, my dealership was going to charge me $194 for diagnostics…Rod, $65! I know I would’ve had to fork out a few thousand at least at the dealer for the repairs Rod did for a bit over $500. I’m never using the dealer again. I know, you think auto shops can be a ripoff too and you look at all the reviews. There’s alway someone that gives low ratings. If it matters, I’m the same way and took a chance on my friend’s recommendation and I’m SO happy I did. Thanks Rod & Zaid!”

One of the young men, Dalton, there brought his car around and the other awesome guy, Daniel, proceeded to jump my car to get the result of the dead alternator. I was 2.5 hours away from home and had no idea what I was going to do. Chris, the lady that wouldn't let that be, called a mobile mechanic and saved my day! They were so kind, so helpful, and so professional! She even got me a chair to wait in the store until the mechanics came to my rescue! This is easily a 10 star. “This is the first time I used this company to replace my windshield. Front office was great at setting the appointment, tech communicated throughout the day and was on-time at my work address. We did have one minor issue, which I put in the questionnaire after the job was complete. Within 2 minutes of submitting it, I had 2 people call my cell phone. One was the regional manager John Kennedy. Very professionally apologized, took ownership, and corrected the issue. They give you a complimentary bottled water (cold or room temperature) and a coupon to go right next door to Leo’s for a free coney. And I can’t forget the pleasant conversation I had with the owner. The standard half hour to 45 min wait and a pickup truck pulls up next to me and asks me if I needed help. He was going to put my donut spare on but when i told him I had a 2 hour drive to Kalamazoo, he said, Nooo! I’m going to try and patch up your tire, its not a good idea to travel that far on a donut!
