“BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was banking across the street from this auto shop. Came out to my car after I was done banking and when I went to leave my car would not come out of gear. Not being from the area I was not really sure what to do but then remembered seeing their shop across the street. So I called them and explained my situation to Casey and he offered to walk over to the bank to see if he could help me. After looking at my car he said it was my shifter cable. He would have to have my car towed to his shop and would get it fixed for me the next day. Not knowing the area or his place of business I was reluctant to just hand over my keys but he assured me i was in good hands and that he would take care of my car. “There’s no good time for a car collision, but someone wasn’t paying attention and hit me in July during the worst possible time in my life. I’ve got a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe with 193,000 miles that I’ve kept it in great shape & have paid off, and even though I could drive home from the accident & most damage was cosmetic my insurance still totaled the vehicle. I recently become the sole person responsible for my mom in a nursing home in West Bloomfield, and I was also in the middle of the mortgage process (so getting a car loan was totally impossible). I could keep the vehicle and get a “salvage title“ with a smaller insurance payout (the totaled amount wouldn’t cover a reliable used car), but I learned a lot of shops won’t work on vehicles with salvage titles. In come Petrusha & Son’s to save the day! I told them all I cared about was having a functional/reliable/road-legal vehicle, I did not care what it looked like at all so long as nothing dangled off. They were able to repair several things in house to keep costs low, and sourced great used parts for the rest. In a few weeks I was back on the road in my own car, and not only is it running exceptionally well, they took time to make it look as good as they possibly could!!! When we picked up my car on 8/18, Kevin was there and walked us out to show us the final job. To say we were impressed is an understatement, and I cried happy tears as I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home to Oxford. “I had a great experience buying a car here, online. Chad Palmer took my cold call inquiring about a very slightly used EQB. He was engaging, friendly, and quick to follow up, despite me being a few states away. I initially tried to buy a different car from a different dealer, and when I told him, instead of immediately ghosting me, he congratulated me--classy. Turns out the other car deal fell apart, so I contacted Chad again, and found the EQB was still available. The price was very reasonable, and we had the paperwork in motion within a day or two. It is always nerve wracking to buy a car you have not physically seen, but my car arrived literally perfect--not a single imperfection that I can find. The car is a gem. So, very happy here with service and price. We tend to cycle through a lot of cars, and I'll consider returning here for our next purchase. Oh, and the finance department did not try to tack on a lot of nonsense extra fees, that seem to be the norm at other dealers these days--much appreciated.”
