“Update: 3 of my girls have graduated Preschool, now time for #4. This place is still wonderful, still love the teachers, still love the art work and projects they bring home. So glad they are here! Wonderful. The director is Awesome, has worked very hard getting grants for covid assistance. They are very covid safe, dividing classrooms in case their is a positive case. The teachers are also wonderful, my kids look forward to going to school every day, and ask that they be the last ones there every evening. I have 3 girls. I trust Stony Creek wholeheartedly, and I would recommend them to anyone.”

All three of my grandchildren love this school and it shows in their attitude when it comes to going to school. “I’m on child #2 at JTots. My oldest is now 11 and youngest is 3. When I had my first I was so extremely nervous about trusting someone else - especially after my own bad babysitter as a child. However after visiting multiple local daycares I settled on JTots. Then it turned out my old highschool friend and her husband own it! Alexis and Paul are people you can trust to hire only the best. And there are many teachers there who’ve been there for both of my children. My oldest came to JTots in the crib room and continued on through the summer after kindergarten. We had a short stay in South Carolina in 2014 - and honestly returning to JTots was like returning home. I will NEVER forget that day…she RAN into her teachers arms and Paul hugged me like I was family. She entered kindergarten entirely prepared and ahead of her friends educationally. I give them 100% of the credit for potty training her also! (She was not a fan of the flush!) She is still a sound student. When my second came around I contemplated the less expensive Montessori daycare right in my neighborhood. But after visiting there and talking to some of the other parents and children who went there (my oldest’s friends)…there was no question about returning to JTots. She loves going to school and the change in her has been obvious (late start due to the pandemic). Some of the things she talks to me about are unbelievable. And she absolutely ADORES her teachers…she even asks to do sleepovers with them! If you have fears - that’s normal…but not necessary at JTots. They’ll treat your child like family.”

“Great place! The owners are amazing and genuinely care about my daughter. I was so nervous putting my daughter in daycare due to everything you hear on the news. I would call them and come up constantly for the first month to check on her. They were very nice and understanding. I never felt like they were annoyed or put off that I was constantly calling and showing up.I do not have that worry here AT ALL. All of the teachers care about my daughter so much and it is great to see the relationship they are building. The mobile infant room teachers are amazing! You can tell how much they care about all of the kids.She has learned so much here and has progressed way more than she would have anywhere else. Very happy with this daycare and will be trusting them with my child and future children for years to come!”

“my honest opinion on the school is its great. Our school is great way for student to learn new languages and get to be there selves. Teachers try to inforce rules as good as possible and are great. I personally been at the school for 8 years now and i am very comfortable with the school. i recommend spanish or chinese even though i am in french. I think french is good for kindergarten through 2nd grade and 6th-8th grade. but in 3rd and 4th grade students like to run over the french and math teacher. I believe our 4th grade french class is the most loudest and worst behaved elementary class we have.and on the negitive side we have gotten rid of our former vise principal mr.ostertag, he really was great for our school, multi tasking , interactive with students, and was a great principal over all, but our new vise principal is nice as well, we just need to get use to him hes a little shy and quiet so i don't know. For the first 3 months of school i didn't even know who he was because he stayed mainly with elementary and not with middle school. But other than that we have great traditions at our school that i think all students of all backgrounds and culutres will enjoy. our amazing gym teacher Mrs.white, and counselor puts on great assemblies all through the year on gun safety,mental health,physical health, fire safety, and many more to make sure we have an educated future and wont harm our selves and others. But you can ask any flics student about culutre blast. its the way our school ends the school year. we practice for months, weeks,days, and hours to make sure our performances are right. every year we have a 3 hour performance showing what we learned this year and our languages culutre. pre-k through 8th grade perform and celebrte the end of the school year. We ahve music blasted,dancing, eating,and so much fun.This is why ny student would love and dislike flics!”
